Political scientist Ric Stoll joins the faculty and builds expertise in American national security policy, international relations and foreign policy decision-making. Stoll serves as chair of the political science department, associate dean of social sciences and associate director of the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy. His current research focuses on American defense policy and the quantitative study of international conflict.
